What is really second rate is the terrible new station building and it's facilities. I went through there the other day and there are 2 ancient and damaged ticket machines, no retail provision and the old part of the station hasn't had a penny spent on it. Absolutely disgusting that that is what Network Rail/Arriva think of Cardiff. Hundreds of millions spent on London terminals over the last few years.
