The last of the scaffolding has now been removed. I guess the tower can stand on its own!

Only one snag - from the experiences in Watermark it's going to be dreadfully hot in the flats facing south and west!

You could say that for
any property facing in those directions. Of course, you can always open the window......or buy/install Aircon. Still got the views though, even if you are a little 'warm' whilst looking.

Four apartments occupied at the moment. I understand another 16 will be occupied on Friday. Only 9 one-bed roomed apartments left to sell in the Tower Block (Pendeen House). It is then the turn of the last 2 smaller Blocks. The smaller of the two should be completed for occupation by July 2015 and the other by February 2016. Then it is the turn of finishing ground works and it's done!
