I wonder if this will actually happen? I really hope it does and would definitely check it out but I'm not so sure it's much more than a passing thought for a bit of a story The major revamp of the building doesn't sound particularly major to me!

Good idea, although the outside of the building could at least do with a pressure wash, if not a re-clad!
