Milstad scaffolding

Anyone know what's going on? Repaint/repair? They usually just get a few blokes to hang off the roof when they wash the metalwork. Has been looking a bit rusty lately mind. Also a real shame that it's never lit up anymore for any occasion. It used to look great.

Millenium Stadium??
Or the once lit up ring on the BT building.

Sorry, the stadium! I know BT was 'in-illuminated' because of the cost. Shame.

They're doing a bit of maintenance to the pylon. As you say, painting and cleaning us usually done by abseilers.
