state of play earlier this week...

Coming along nicely, looks like all the concrete structure is now complete and the remaining metal framework will fly up.

I think this is going to be a stunner, and it's progressing nicely.

I see from the photos on here and on your Flickr site, Paul, that they are currently replacing the street lighting in front of this building. Isn't that typical short-sightedness from CCC...would it hurt to have thought a bit more about the appearance of the surrounding area?

I assume the run down buildings opposite are part of the Dumballs Road masterplan?

There's some really interesting angles on this building. This could possibly be on a par with the RWCMD I think.

and Atrium, the education sector does have some very interesting and charming looking buildings. RWCMD is a beaut, NQAT

The shape is interesting but all will depend on the quality of the materials. The rear doesn't look half as good as the front either.
