Coal Exchange Liquidation

As I said, it won't exactly be 'open season' for the purse strings to be loosened in these austere times, but it is a necessary pre-requisite for any funding applications to be made (albeit on a relatively small scale) to public bodies such as the Council,WG and Heritage Lottery Fund. This legal development (if it happens) won't be a show stopper but it is likely to at least be a catalyst for some 'emergency' funding to be released to hopefully prevent further decline.
