New crane put up on Dunballs road

New Crane was put up yesterday,looks like it will be a 12-15 story tower???

Anyone know what is being built?

Anchor Works. Two blocks. 432 flats, one and two beds. Two blocks. One 16 floors one 9. All build to rent. No social housing.

Are all developments in Cardiff build to rent now?

The crane is clearly visible when driving east along Lansdowne Rd in Canton which is quite some distance away, so this building is likely to have quite an impact on the skyline.
