Yes, maybe if you have a council estate there is more potential for anti social behaviour, but not on the scale that wannabe snobs think.

Some of the best atmospheric pubs around the city have their character because of characters from council estates.

Not all people who live on council estates rob you, mug you, don't work or go to the shops in their pyjamas... only some ; )
