Anyway, back to the point, is the City Deal and Metro secure, or not?

I would hazard a guess that it is about as secure as the additional funds that the NHS is going to get as a result of all the 'redirected savings' promised by the Leave campaign.

I see all the toys are littered around various prams, everybody's dad is bigger than the other, and they have all gone home with their ball.

We live in a democracy. We are obliged to adopt the views of the majority, whether it suits one's personal feelings or not.

Well to be fair I've yet to hear a real reason for voting leave except for 'sovereignty' and 'taking back control' which is all fear, ignorance and racism dressed up as drivel.

Parliamentary democracy is about electing a government, not micromanaging it. There should never have been a referendum in the first place.

What are we going to do if in 5 years' time public opinion is for going back in? OK to ignore the will of the people that time is it? Deciding long term policy based on a snapshot of fickle public opinion at one point in time, is ludicrous.

Immigration isn't going to stop (See Dan Hannan on Newsnight), the money sent to the EU isn't going to be spent on the NHS instead (See that charlatan Farage on Good Morning Britain), heck over a million Brexiters already Bregret their decision and would have voted to stay if they thought their vote would've counted... idiots (See the Leave cheerleading Daily Mail). Leaving the EU will be disastrous, already the UK, the 5th biggest economy in the world, has slipped behind France to 6th and thousands of jobs are being moved to the continent.

The valley oiks have voted for a poorer, less employed, insular Wales. Congratulations.
