I love the way they use the word "Homes" rather than flats or apartments.
Makes it harder for you to object as you consider the residents rather than brick and mortar.

My last post was deleted????

As someone whos home is an apartment i would say there was no difference between calling a residential development full of houses as homes, and a development of apartments clearly not aimed at rental flats as homes.

There are already two towers in this area, one at 15 and the other 19 stories high, hardly breaking the norm for the area.

There was a problem with the website earlier. I wouldn't read into it!

I had a flyer through the door about Dolffin quay, seems like the building will extend from the bridge to the dock edge and Britannia park will become little more than a square of grass covered by shade for most of the day. Cant say i am impressed as a resident, as this is the only piece of green space in the area, and while not perfect is a nice piece of restbite from the urban or nautical environment.

Saying that i dont think i could deny it planning other than it doesnt give anything to the area other than more apartments and some services along the waters edge.

Open day at the central library from 11.30am - 7pm

Well, you can hardly say it lacks character. Would be nice to see a properly rendered image though.

I don't think it looks that "bizarre", but the location is questionable.
